Tethered drones, also known as cable drones, are a new technology that allows a drone to gain additional capabilities—such as extended flight time or higher bandwidth—by using a cable that supplies power or a data cable that enables much faster data transmission.
DroneDepot is committed to high-quality products and therefore partners with the Elistair brand to offer tethering solutions and stations.
All Tethering stations are designed as an ecosystem, meaning that the ground stations and air modules are interchangeable, allowing for minimal investment while maximizing usability and flexibility.
The stations are compatible with the entire DJI Pro series:
For Tethering, you’ll need a ground station that can be connected to an Air module paired with your drone. An Air module is specific to your drone model.
See below for the available stations and Air modules. Contact us for more information and pricing.
