As a consumer, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal for any distance purchase, starting from the day your order is delivered to you. Within this period, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must request the form provided for this purpose from DroneCave CommV.
Would you like to return an item? Please contact us and request the return form. Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll email you the necessary information about the return process.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning an item under the right of withdrawal.
Any charges for services already provided may also be billed, if applicable.
Did you receive a defective or damaged item? Please contact us and provide your order number. Depending on the issue, your item may be covered under the 2-year legal warranty. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a suitable solution.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers and not to business purchases. Returns by business customers are only possible with DroneDepot’s prior approval and may be subject to additional terms and conditions or fees.
