1. DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) can be linked to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Brand-new, unactivated drone;
- Drone activated in the past 48 hours.
DroneDepot is not responsible for the timely activation of DJI Care Refresh.
2. After purchasing DJI Care Refresh, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh is automatically linked to your product and becomes effective within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
4. Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
