- Brand-new, unactivated drone;
- Drone activated in the past 48 hours.
DroneDepot is not responsible for the timely activation of DJI Care Refresh.
2. After you purchase DJI Care Refresh, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh is automatically linked to your product and takes effect within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
4. Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
