The Inspire 3 is a professional camera drone with a sleek new design that takes aerodynamics fully into account to reduce air resistance.
The maximum diving speed has been increased from the Inspire 2’s 9 m/s to 10 m/s, while the vertical ascent and descent speeds have been increased from 6 m/s and 4 m/s to 8 m/s.
Its powerful maneuverability ensures responsive, precise control and an extended flight time of up to 28 minutes. [
The FPV camera, visual sensors, positioning antennas, and memory card slot are seamlessly integrated into the airframe for a minimalist look and modern industrial aesthetic.
The Inspire 3 adopts the classic transformable configuration of the Inspire series and features an all-new design that supports 360° pan and tilt boost mechanisms. When the landing gear is extended, the Gimbal supports obstacle-free 80° upward-angle shots, allowing cinematographers to capture strikingly innovative shots.
Centimeter-Level RTK Positioning
The Inspire 3 incorporates high-precision RTK positioning technology used in industries such as architecture and surveying to deliver centimeter-level accuracy. Compared to traditional meter-level positioning supported by global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), RTK not only makes it easier to fly more stably but also makes flight path planning more accurate, significantly improving creative efficiency.
RTK antennas with a new stacked ceramic design are built into the airframe, enabling support for three types of GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, and Galileo) and providing centimeter-level positioning accuracy across two frequencies. By activating an RTK network or setting up a D-RTK 2 Mobile Station, users can achieve highly accurate positioning without installing additional modules.
Waypoint Pro is specifically designed for aerial cinematography and enables flight path and shot planning with a wide range of customizable settings. With the new Repeatable Routes and 3D Dolly modes, you can easily achieve an innovative automated shooting experience. In addition, centimeter-level RTK positioning ensures more accurate flight path planning and execution. Whether you’re filming alone or with a professional crew, use Waypoint Pro to master even the most complex scenes.
With Repeatable Routes, the drone automatically flies the same route and maintains all preset parameters, such as altitude, speed, gimbal angle, and Camera settings. By repeating the same flight mission, cinematographers can effortlessly capture challenging single-take shots or fly over the same location at different times to easily create long-duration time-lapses that capture transitions, such as from day to night or from season to season.
